Brian Frazier began his real estate career in 1986 after relocating from Utah to El Dorado County. Over the years, he gained extensive experience in selling residential real estate and raw land. His dedication to the industry led him to become a sales manager, where he spent 27 years guiding agents in their business development. In 2003, Brian joined Windermere Real Estate as the Vice President of Training and now serves as a real estate agent in the El Dorado Hills office.

Brian has been an influential figure in the real estate community, having served on prestigious boards such as the California Association of REALTORS®, where he was a past Regional Chair and State Director, and the El Dorado County Association of REALTORS®, where he served as President in 2000 and 2001, and is once again serving in that role.

With a deep understanding of the market and a commitment to integrity, Brian finds fulfillment in helping agents achieve success in their real estate careers. Beyond his professional achievements, Brian has enjoyed raising his two children with his wife in the beautiful El Dorado County and now takes great pride in watching his grandchildren grow up in the same area.
